PREVIO® S30 AE is a concentrated, non-foaming alkaline detergent with powerful degreasing properties, specifically designed for cleaning utensils used in the food industry. It is particularly recommended for CIP applications and industrial washers. It can also be used for degreasing surfaces where foam inhibition is necessary.
Applications
The effectiveness of PREVIO® S30 AE in removing organic matter, grease, and all types of dirt is achieved thanks to its carefully formulated combination of non-ionic surfactants and bases. PREVIO® S30 AE can be used in livestock facilities, transportation equipment, various premises, and the food industry for surface and utensil cleaning. For use in CIP circuits and systems, it is recommended to use it at concentrations of 0.5-1%, allowing the product to circulate for 1 hour. For washer boxes and other spraying systems, use a dilution ratio of 1 to 2%.
Application Method
PREVIO® S30 AE is used diluted in water at concentrations ranging from 0.5% (1 part in 200 parts water) to 4% (1 part in 25 parts water), depending on the level of dirt present. For use in CIP circuits and systems, it is recommended to use it at concentrations of 0.5-1%, allowing the product to recirculate for one hour. For washer boxes and other spraying systems, use a dilution ratio of 1 to 2%. For pressure cleaning and surface degreasing applications, the product should be applied at a concentration between 1% and 4%, depending on the level of dirt present.
