Plus PWD

LETAL® Plus PWD is an effective insecticide formulated as a dusting powder with Deltamethrin, a powerful active ingredient capable of eliminating all kinds of insects and mites.

The field tests conducted show that it is an indispensable product to be included in a red mite eradication program in poultry premises, since Deltamethrin combines an excellent repellent action with a residual efficacy of up to 10-12 weeks. It is a product of choice in all kind of livestock premises to eliminate fleas, ants, cockroaches, ticks…being formulated as a dusting powder it can be easily dispersed both in manual and machine operated applications.

The product is to be applied evenly as a thin layer with the aid of dusting backpacks, using the following dosages:

• For routinary treatments or light infestations: apply 6 grams per square metre.
• In heavy red mite or Alphitobius infestations, double or triple the amount of product, that is, apply 12 to 18 grams per square metre. Repeat the treatment at 6 grams per square metre after one month and then every 10-12 weeks.
• Apply when changing the bedding, or on the current bedding for fleas and ticks.
